A 22-year-old male presented with right arm pain the in absence of trauma and was found to have an osteoid osteoma of the right proximal humerus. Image A is a coned down, magnified anteroposterior radiograph of the proximal right humerus that demonstrates a faint lytic lesion with central calcification and a sclerotic rim located within the humeral diaphysis (arrow). Image B is a coned down, magnified oblique radiograph of the lesion (arrow).
