A 15-year-old male who presented with back pain and was found to have an osteoblastoma of the thoracic spine. Image A is an axial MRI T2-weighted image of the thoracic spine demonstrating an expansile bony lesion with heterogeneous T2 hypointensity centered within the posterior elements of the spine (arrow). Image B is a sagittal precontrast T1-weighted MRI image of the lesion showing an isointense bony lesion (arrow). Image C is a coronal T1-weighted fat saturated postcontrast image demonstrating a heterogeneously enhancing expansile bony lesion (arrow).
