CT scan showing a large pericardial metastasis from small cell lung carcinoma

An axial CT scan through the heart shows a 4.5 cm lobular metastatic soft mass (arrow) involving the pericardium of the posterolateral aspect of the left ventricle. The primary lesion was a small cell carcinoma of the lung.
