Chorioretinitis sclopetaria

Color montage fundus photograph of the left eye. Temporally, there is an area of scrolled retina and choroid with bare sclera immediately anteriorly. There are large areas of subretinal hemorrhage as well as preretinal and vitreous hemorrhage.
