Ovarian carcinoma on chest x-ray

(A) The image is a chest x-ray in anteroposterior projection and shows diffuse bilateral reticulonodular disease in a patient with metastatic ovarian carcinoma. This pattern is consistent with lymphangitis carcinomatosa.
(B) A lateral examination shows bilateral small pleural effusions (arrow).
