Peritoneal carcinomatosis inguinal and umbilical adenopathy on CT

(B) The image is a CT scan through the mid-abdomen of a second patient with ovarian carcinoma and shows a tumor nodule in the umbilicus (arrowhead) known as a Sister Mary Joseph node. The image also shows omental metastases (arrow).
