(A) Recurrent sclerokeratitis resulting in multiple corneal peripheral scars. The patient also has active scleritis. (B) Chest computed tomography (CT) revealed enlarged lymph nodes with necrosis involving pretracheal, paratracheal, and subcarinal groups, with the largest lymph node measuring 1.89 x 1.35 cm.
