Coil embolization of type II aortic endoleak is performed by obliterating the nidus of the endoleak at its junction with the AAA sac, as well as the inflow vessel (arrow). Care is taken to avoid obliteration of the sigmoidal, rectal, and colic branches of the inferior mesenteric artery.
