The T2-weighted image (A) shows a T2 bright mass in the central right breast (arrow). The T1-weighted fat-saturated precontrast image (B) shows a T1 hypointense mass (arrowhead), and on the postcontrast image, there is no enhancement (C). These findings are characteristic of a cyst.
