Post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus sequelae

Infant, two months of age, with communicating hydrocephalus from overproduction of cerebrospinal fluid secondary to choroid plexus hypertrophy. T2-weighted MRI in sagittal (A), axial (B), and coronal (C) planes show enlargement of all four ventricles and increased subarachnoid spaces.
