Spinal cord myxopapillary ependymoma

Sagittal and axial contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging study of a small cauda equine lesion (arrow) found in a 49-year-old female with left buttock and leg pain. Complete resection was performed and the diagnosis of myxopapillary ependymoma was confirmed.
