Diagnostic Reed-Sternberg cell with two nuclei

A diagnostic Reed-Sternberg cell with two nuclei is seen in the center (arrow) with a prominent eosinophilic nucleolus present in each nucleus. There is some chromatin clearing around each nucleolus. Several mononuclear Reed-Sternberg variants are also present in the upper half of the field (dashed arrow).
