Left hip involvement in a patient with ankylosing spondylitis

There are destructive changes in the left hip joint. The left hip shows irregularity along both the acetabulum and the surface of the head of the femur, with small erosions on both. The superior joint space is narrower in the left hip compared with the right hip.
