Chest radiographs of a type 1 congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM)*
Chest radiographs (posterior-anterior and lateral views) showing a type 1 congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) in the right upper lobe. The large cystic lesion was an incidental finding on a film of a one-year-old child who ingested a coin. The coin is visible on both views, lodged in the esophagus.
*CPAM was previously known as congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM).
