(A) Ultrasound of the pelvis demonstrates hypoechoic regions (arrows).
(B) Duplex color Doppler ultrasound shows a hypervascular lesion within the fundus that measures 2.6 x 2.3 x 1.3 cm, consistent with arteriovenous fistula or malformation. She was s/p TAB at 14 weeks, 5 months.
