Follicular lymphoma grade 1 (follicular small cleaved cell lymphoma)

This neoplastic lymph node follicle is composed almost entirely of small cleaved cells with indented, angulated nuclear membranes and very little cytoplasm (centrocytes). A small population of large, noncleaved cells (centroblasts, red arrow) can also be seen.
