Convergence insufficiency

Convergence insufficiency
(A) The patient is fixing on a near target with both eyes and single vision.
(B) When the target is moved a bit closer (too close for the patient to converge on the target), the left eye drifts, with resultant diplopia. The patient has a remote near point of convergence.
