Spetzler-Martin grading scale for intracranial arteriovenous malformations

Score = sum of all categories, with lesions graded 1 to 5 based upon total sum (eg, 1 point = grade 1).

* Associated with significant neurologic impairment (eg, language area, motor cortex, others).
