Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia

Forty-eight-year-old woman with an eight-week history of cough, dyspnea with exertion, fatigue, and slight weight loss. Posteroanterior chest radiograph reveals bilateral volume loss with reticular opacities at both bases. There was improvement following glucocorticoid therapy, but the patient did not return to normal lung function or exercise capacity.
