Age of presentation of renal disease in patients with sickle cell disease

As shown in this bar graph, the age at presentation of the different manifestations of renal disease varies widely among patients with sickle cell disease. These age ranges are approximate and not rigidly defined. Hyposthenuria refers to impaired urinary concentrating ability.
