(A) Large smooth polyp on a long pedicle; (B) Endoloop placed deep on to the pedicle, the head of the polyp is at 12 o'clock; (C) Snare placed on the pedicle above the endoloop; (D) Polyp pedicle with endoloop for hemostasis.
