Aortouniliac endovascular graft

Aorto-uniliac Zenith Renu graft (A) used to repair an AAA with bilateral common iliac aneurysms extending to the iliac bifurcation. The right internal iliac artery has been embolized (B) with coils. A right-to-left femoral-femoral bypass (C) perfuses the left lower extremity and an Excluder limb is used to create a left external-to-internal iliac artery bypass (D) providing retrograde perfusion into the left internal iliac artery.
