Congenital pulmonary airways malformation of the right upper lobe in a 19-year-old patient with pneumonia

Multiple small cysts are present in the axillary region of the right upper lobe. The gas-liquid interface is evidence for superimposed recent infection of congenital pulmonary airways malformation.
