Malignant pleural effusions

Bilateral malignant pleural effusions in patient with metastatic carcinoma of the breast. The right breast is surgically absent. CT scan shows bilateral posterior pleural effusions and passive atelectasis of the right lower lobe with marked enhancement after intravenous contrast material injection.
