Left frontal sharp wave in a patient with left frontal lobe epilepsy

Frontal sharp waves are frequently seen to some degree on both sides, especially when the maximum is frontopolar as here ("bifrontal"). The referential montage (right side) confirms the maximum at Fp1 followed by F7.
