Photoallergic eruption

This 45-year-old woman developed an acute, well-demarcated, erythematous plaque with vesicles after topical application of ketoprofen gel followed by sun exposure. The patient wore socks, which protected the foot from the sun, creating the line of demarcation that is visible in the image.
