Wrist drop in vasculitic neuropathy

The patient has suffered bilateral peripheral nerve infarction, leading to a complete wrist drop on the left and significant dorsiflexion weakness on the right. The patient's underlying diagnosis is eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss).
