Iliac conduit for endograft placement

The illustration shows a prosthetic graft (B) sutured to the common iliac artery, which is looped (C), to create an iliac conduit, to facilitate placement of an endograft. The conduit is clamped distally and punctured to allow placement of a sheath (A) for endograft delivery with minimal blood loss.
