Flow cytometry of chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Flow cytometry of chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Immunophenotypic analysis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is usually performed using flow cytometry. Typically, the cells express CD23 and dim CD20. This figure displays flow cytometry results for CD5 and CD20 expression. The CLL cells are shown in red (upper right quadrant) and demonstrate dim expression of CD20.
