Severe xerostomia with dry tongue and angular cheilitis in Sjögren's disease

This patient with Sjögren's disease not only has a profoundly dry tongue, but there is also evidence of angular cheilitis at the corners of the mouth. Angular cheilitis is usually caused by candidiasis.
