Patient with poorly-differentiated carcinoma of the nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus

A) Coronal computed tomography (CT) shows mass filling left nasal cavity and sphenoid sinus, with aggressive bone destruction of the anterior skull base and medial wall of the orbit. B) Coronal contrast-enhanced T1 weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at nearly the same level shows the dura is irregularly thickened and enhanced, suggesting dural involvement by tumor.
