Fistulizing Crohn disease on magnetic resonance imaging enterography
Fistulizing Crohn disease on magnetic resonance imaging enterography
This coronal, post contrast, T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) study (A) demonstrates active Crohn disease with a fistula (arrow) from the small bowel to colon. The coronal T2-weighted image (B) from the MRI study also shows active Crohn disease with a fistula (arrow) from the small bowel to colon. The involved segment of bowel has increased signal consistent with bowel wall edema.
