Ileostomy and colostomy reversal after motor vehicle crash 15 years prior with large ventral hernia with skin graft over bowel. Laparotomy and adhesiolysis complicated by multiple enterotomies, which resulted in surgical site infection, fascial dehiscence, and multiple EAFs in large open wound in right abdomen at outside hospital. After transfer, sequential delayed wound closure with NPWT and fistula crown to reduce size of open wound, then transition to wound manager for home care.
