- Else VegetationLengthFactor = 0.23113278.
Embolic risk at specific time intervals is calculated by the following steps:
- Day-specific Accumulated risk is calculated by iterating through the day-specific risk coefficients in the table below.
- The Hazard ratio (of all risk factors combined, calculated above) is multiplied by the day-specific risk coefficient, and these day-specific products are added to Accumulated risk
- Then, day-specific Embolic risk percent = 100 * (1 - e^{-Accumulated risk [that day]})
