(A) Periauricular hyperpigmented lichenified plaques and papules in the distribution of contact with earrings.

(B) Papular id reaction over the lower back.

(C) Hyperpigmented eczematous papules in the periumbilical region associated with belt buckles/jean snaps and id eruption over anterior chest.

(D) Papular dermatitis over lateral thighs caused by contact with nickel-containing coins in the patient's side pockets.
