Phenobarbital-induced bullous lesions (barb blisters)
Tense, fluid filled bullae on the right foot and hand that developed 2 days following intentional ingestion of phenobarbital in a 29-year-old female. Patient was initially lethargic but was never comatose or mechanically ventilated. All the bullae resolved spontaneously over several weeks.
