Squamous cell carcinoma PD-L1 IHC

Invasive squamous cell carcinoma with abundant lymphoid stroma. Hematoxylin and eosin (A) and paired PD-L1 IHC (B). A number of small lymphocytes surrounding the nest of invasive tumor cells are immunoreactive for PD-L1 while the tumor cells are negative. A CPS of 30 was calculated in this case.
