Supracondylar fracture in adult

The lateral (A) and anteroposterior (B) plain radiographs above show a nondisplaced supracondylar fracture in an adult. A small fracture fragment is seen posteriorly on the lateral view (arrow), while a fracture line (arrow) is noted on the anteroposterior view.
