Coronoid process fracture in adult

The modified lateral (A) and anteroposterior (B) plain radiographs above show a fracture of the coronoid process (arrow). Due to the overlapping bones on standard radiographs, small coronoid process fractures may be difficult to see, but the large fracture fragment in these images is readily apparent.
