The lateral (A) and oblique (B) plain radiographs above show a posterior elbow dislocation with associated radial head and neck fractures (thick arrow). In the lateral image, the trochlea is displaced from the trochlear groove (arrow), while in the oblique image, the olecranon process is not seated properly in the olecranon fossa (dashed arrow).
