Immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy with anti-HMGCR

Pathology characterized by pauci-inflammatory, diffuse scattered myofiber injury pattern. The myofiber injury shows temporal heterogeneity, including acutely necrotic fibers, myophagocytosis, regenerating fibers, and fibers with internalized nuclei all visible in one field.
