Beevor sign in a 57-year-old male with genetically proven facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy type 1 (FSHD1). While sitting up, the umbilicus is pulled upwards. Note the pectus excavatum and the atrophy of the pectoral and humeral muscles (biceps and triceps), while the deltoid muscles are spared.
