		Heart rate ≥100 beats per minute (1 point)
		Arterial oxygen saturation less than 95% (1 point)
		Swelling of a single leg (1 point)
		Hemoptysis (1 point)
		History of recent surgery or trauma (1 point)
		History of venous thromboembolic disease: DVT or pulmonary embolism (1 point)
		Use of estrogen hormone (1 point)

PERC score interpretation

0 points:	Low risk of pulmonary embolism
1 to 8 points:	Increased risk of pulmonary embolism
