Chest and limb radiograph in a child with osteogenesis imperfecta

(A) Chest radiograph demonstrating multiple fractures including humeral fractures bilaterally, rib fractures, and osteopenic bones in a child with osteogenesis imperfecta.

(B) Radiograph demonstrating multiple lower limb long bone fractures, including that of the femur, tibia, and fibula, as well as bowing deformities. The angulation of the tibia and fibula is characteristically seen in the perinatal presentation of osteogenesis imperfecta.
