IgG4-related tracheobronchial stenosis with stent

(A) Two axial cuts of chest CT images demonstrating disease-causing tracheobronchial stenosis in a patient with IgG4-related disease. The CT is remarkable for luminal narrowing at the distal trachea and origin of left mainstem and right mainstem bronchi (left greater than right).

(B) Bronchoscopic image at the level of the carina in the same patient showing cicatricial narrowing of the left and right mainstem bronchi.
