Tracheobronchial amyloidosis

(A) Chest CT examination of patient with primary tracheobronchial amyloidosis. The CT is remarkable for heterogenous nodular ingrowth causing luminal narrowing (arrow).

(B) Bronchoscopic image in the same patient at the level of the carina demonstrating multiple nodular growths that showed amyloidosis on biopsy.
