CT of parotid glands in patient with SS

CT of parotid glands in a patient with SS. Both parotid glands are mildly enlarged with heterogeneous attenuation and punctate calcifications. The presence of diffuse punctate calcification in both parotid glands is a highly specific imaging finding in SS.
