Clinical evidence of right heart failure
  • Evidence of right-sided structural and/or functional abnormalities (see above), in combination with:

  • Epigastric fullness
  • Right upper abdominal discomfort
  • Signs, eg:
  • Jugular venous distension
  • Peripheral oedema
  • Hepatomegaly

  • Third heart sound
