Patient diagnosed with an 8-week CSP; history was significant for a prior cesarean birth. She was initially treated with methotrexate, however, subsequently experienced heavy vaginal bleeding. Given her desire for a future pregnancy, she underwent laparotomy with resection of the scar pregnancy and uterine repair.
