Neuroimaging features of B cell lymphoma involving the brachial plexus

Neuroimaging features of B cell lymphoma involving the brachial plexus
Thirty-two-year-old with fever, night sweats, severe neck pain, and progressive arm weakness. (A) Coronal and (B) sagittal T1-weighted and (C) transverse-axial T2-weighted MRIs show a large mass in the left lower neck involving trunks, divisions, and cords of the brachial plexus. (D, E, F) Mass is homogeneously enhancing on postcontrast, fat-saturated T1-weighted images. Biopsy revealed infiltrative B cell lymphoma. Subclavian artery is indicated by arrowheads.
MRI: magnetic resonance imaging.
